Pricing is based on a simple balance between the operating cost & the value of contents. Operating costs include the use of vans, diesel, labour & waste disposal fees. In some cases the value of contents will pay the operating cost & put the customer in credit. For a normal clearance this will always be agreed beforehand.
If a charge is necessary then there would be either little of worth or an excess of rubbish. As house clearers we like the jobs we have to pay for.
Any transactions can be by cash, balance transfer or cheque & will be receipted accordingly.
